Fnb decided this weekend to have a slow system . I made purchase as per the availability of my money on the bank , now FNB indicated that I owe some money to them. My debit orders are bouncing yet they freeze their money when the salary comes in . Not happy at all . I tried chatting to consultants and two of them hanged up on me while trying to get information

Now am in debts to them coz they decided to avail funds I’ve used to purchase stuff made it available to me how I have no idea but they said that. When has that ever been possible? How is it even my fault. They can’t even respond to the how. Now they want payment nxa .
