Unpaid items

I thought we have resolved this matter ,but it keeps happening, im overly angry now,where do you expect us to get money , I have changed my debit orders but still they haven't changed, im so disappointed, where does one get the money you keep charging her for unpaid items yet its not even my fault, I need refund for the unpaid items, this is unprofessional for such a big brand, I cannot keep paying for this which the problem is not on my side. Please repay me and fix your technical issues
