Unpaid fees of R895 charged by FNB???

FNB charged me a total of R895.00 in unpaid bank charges on incorrect debit orders and no one can help me! R895 guys come on, with the cost of living how can one survive with these type of charges? You claim to be there to help people yet no one can help me with my R895.00 that was taken... This is wrong guys... Disappointing
