Unpaid fees

I bought staff and the money was reserved for purchases that I have made and the money went off from my account for all the purchases that I have made. Now I am looking at my account and I am charged for unpaid items fees whereas I paid for those items there money was available when I bought those things. I don't know how many times must I complain about these fees with these fees with fnb. I do not even have overdraft facility the worst part is that I had the money when I bought all those thing please reverse those fees in my account.Being charged for unpaid items fees for things I have paid for it's ridiculous. The money went off my account when I was doing those purchases. How many times must I complain about this
