Unpaid fees

Good day, you have been charging me for unpaid fees on my account, please note that there is no unpaid fees that i should be charged, if you allow the transaction to go through as an overdraft facility then then why charge me for umpaids, please reverse all the fees you have been charging me for over a year now or i will refer to the ombudsman, please also note that i am only available on e-mail during office hours
