Unpaid debit orders and pending transactions

I am very disappointed in the services received from fnb, with regards to there banking fees. So i have a funeral policy with fnb, that is R150, at the time when it went off there was not enough funds in my account and when i got that sms saying it failed, i immediately transferred money to my account and it went off. Then fnb took their R115 for a unpaid debit order, and a day later they returned it. So i had one more debit order to go off which i thought would be an amount of R310, but it went up this year to R320. In my account was an amount of R318, as i was unaware of the increase. So the debit went off and it was short with a R2. So it returned as unpaid and immediately the bank took their R115 for unpaid. This is ridiculous service, why could it not be in a minus of that R2 and i could have transferred again. Fnb is ridiculous with bank charges, for such unnecessary small things. Also im sure all fnb customers is experiencing the pending swipes. When you swipe at checkers, clicks, anywhere, the amount swiped will subtract from your balance and on your transactions it will show pending. It will pend for 3 to 5 days and when it is eventually cleared, and you have no money in your account, your account goes into a minus. But when u have even as little as a R20 in your account this will not happen. What nonsense is that? I have called fnb about this before, they told me it shows pending because the place where i swiped did not bank there card payments on that day. How is that my problem when the amount was already subtracted from my balance. This fnb really needs to sort out, ive been banking with them for years.
