Unpaid debit order

If there was a zero rating, I would probably give one. No wonder you guys lost to Capitec because your service is pathetic to say the least. On the 26th March I transferred enough money for my debits loaded that day. Today, the 30th, you go and dishonor one of those debit orders to cover unpaid fees. Who the hell gave you that right to go and dishonor any way you like without even a notification to say this is going to happen? No way, I'm definitely closing this account. For too long I've struggled with FNB.
