Unpaid debit order charges
I am so fed up with this bank. I have been charged On one day R360 rand for unpaid debit orders. The money I must transfer from my savings account to my smart account. The one debit order was for R90 which they have charged R120 unpaid. During this time of COVID 19 they still een *********** their clients I wont pay that R360. My account can be in a minus for all I care.

20 Jun 2020, 08:20It has been 3 day now since I have logged my complaint and nothing have been resolved. A consultant contacted me and assured me that the request will be resolved. Iam so fed up with this bank and their nonsense. FNB has gone from great to worse. They must really change their slogan because they are not here to help customers but rather ripping their off.
