unpaid claim

I Dudu Mbatha would like to lodge a complaint with the above business , I send hospital claim documents on the 20th of April 2021, and when I called them to check my claim , used to get a respond that says , assesors are busy with my claim , wonder why it take a month to pay this claim, Please help me
