UNPAID CLAIM 5MONTHS LATER

Hi Good people. Do not join the FNB Life cover or funeral plans. These people are just a ****, they have empty promises and **** service. I have since submitted a Life cover and Funeral plan claim in January 2021. The Funeral plain was paid almost 3moths after the funeral and it is now 5months, still waiting for the Life cover claim payout. and I am always the one calling them for feedback. The last time I spoke to them which was a few days ago, I was told to go a fetch my late husbands file and the Hospital he died at because they are not winning in getting the file. I don't know why the hell they need the hospital file if all documents proving that my husband died, they have.

My 3 primary school kids will be out expelled form school end of this months due to unpaid fees. Yet their father had a Life cover with FNB. I really hate this Bank, the pain we are going through now is just unbearable.
