UNPAID CLAIM

They delayed to finalize my claim they want plenty of documents I managed to send them at the end they declined my claim with irrelevant reasons.claim assesser assess my claim with wrong diagnosis.i forward a dispute then they said I must send the Motivational later or another claim form from the Dr who did the surgery I get the form from the Surgeon it's clear about the operation but until now there is no update they said that they close my case with no resions.i don't know what else they need that will prove that I was Admitted due to Abscess buttock and Dr decision was to take me to Theater to drain the damage. They now have all the proof
