Unpaid charges

FNB, Private Wealth .... So my bank account overdraws by R 425 due to bank charges on the 2018.03.03.Purchases that was made on the 2018.03.02 was banked by the merchants on the 2018.03.05.FNB processes R 440's worth of unpaid charges to my bank account for purchases less than R100.My account is now R 861 overdrawn. I've contacted the private wealth suit and no one can help, I do understand that my account is in excess, however, R 110 per transaction for merchants depositing late is a bit ridiculous. Why cant these charges be waivered its not my fault that these transactions hit my account late. I've logged calls ref: ********** 53201 spoke to Anele, spoke to the Team Leader Rakie Singh and Mpho case number CAS- ********** -B1H5M1. ref ********** 23.Got a call from Maanda yesterday 2018.03.13, he tells me he cant assist, refers it to his supervisor and got a F...U response. I then got and email form Maanda which I responded to saying that I would be escalating to the Ombudsman. I got an immediate reply with CAS- ********** -Y9S77P9. Today I get another mail from the private wealth suit informing me that my case has been concluded with NO REASON. Come on FNB please reverse the charges, I am a breadwinner and cannot afford R440 worth of charges. Can some one please assist!!!
