unpaid a debit order when there is funds in acc

Absa: CHEQ0731, Returned, 02/09/20 HEADOFFICE - UNPAID DEBIT, WESBANK_FI***, R12,961.34, Available R2,950.59. Help ***; NLOGIST058 received this from absa today I have allocated funds for the debit order but u guys unpaid it whats going on
