Unorthorised Debit order

When checking my bank statement I noticed that 2 unauthorised debit orders had been taken off my account. I called FNB and the charges were immediately reversed. The references were:M-CHOICE M-CHOICE*** and MULTID FORCNTRQ***. My complaint is that it should not be possible to for anyone to be able to start debiting your account without written consent. It is a huge security risk. All the consultant could give me was the supposed reference number of the debitor which was Absa Bureau Services and the phone number given *** does not actually exist. I checked online to see if this has happened before and many people have had exactly the same problem. All telephone consultants should be filled in on this so that they don't send you out looking for a company which actually doesn't exist. FNB should also be sending warnings to its customers about this **** as many people are probably being affected without realsiing it because some of the amounts are really small. Raise awareness and solve the problem!! Dont send me from pillar to post and tell me that I need to speak to another department,,,, and then another..... without securing my money!!!
