Unobtainable Bank Card Owner Evidence

I have been banking with FNB for years. They recently proved to me that some ********** transactions were taking place with my card & appropriately stopped the card. I need evidence that I was once the owner of the card & have been calling them unstoppable times with no success of my request. I cannot see my stopped card details on the Banking App & even ended up trying their chat application. All I needed was evidence that I was once the owner of a card & I keep being referred unstoppably. I'm currently not happy with their services & maybe it's time I changed banks.
