Unnecessary Threatening Emails and SMS

Good day

I received a random email last year from "FNB" saying my account is at risk of being frozen if I dont update my SARS information. I went to the bank to ask what on earth that was about, the consultant updated my tax number on the system and she said all was sorted. Now im receiving sms messages and emails yet again saying my account is at risk of being frozen. Im getting extremely irritable with FNB lately, iv been with them for 10 years already and now receiving threatening messages about freezing my account, and a few months ago had my card cancelled by a FNB staff member by "mistake". Must I move to another bank? I dont understand why I keep getting harassed with these mails and sms, especially seeing I took the time to go to the bank to resolve it previously. With all the bank ***** happening lately, messages requesting personal information like that, doesn't seem ***** at all.....
