Unnecessary paperwork requests
I app**** for a personal loan, I was asked for a tax certificate. I live in SA but work outside of SA, so I can't get a tax certificate from SARS. FNB then realised that they had made a mistake and had me as self employed. I provided three payslips as requested, now I'm asked for my original employment contract! This after the last eight years of my salary being deposited by my employer into my FNB account!

Surely you have access to my bank statements and can see where I am paid from for the last eight years, or can you not \link the dots\"???

Another financial institution has already obliged, with far less of a headache than FNB. I still wonder why (as an FNB Private Client) I still deal with you."
