unnecessary mistakes

as a fnb customer i wanted to update my Will since i got married last year, i visited the branch and made the necessary changes; the branch then phoned me to come in so i could read the testament and sign, i noticed my wife's name were spelled wrong, they then told me that it would be corrected, a few days later they phoned me again to sign the new document only to discover that her name were misspelled yet again, i mean really? i have to take time off at work to visit the branch, so in the interest of fairness i feel one of their staff members can visit me next time.
