Unnecessary criteria

It is just a complaint about the criteria that fnbconnect look into for customers who are applying for fnbconnect mobile contract and it's not good because if look at their qualifying criteria it's disappointing and I have tried two times and disqualified twice while affording 24 months contract of R99 mobile phone,they just disqualified me because my saving & pocket account was low and I have been with the bank since 2008 and that's not counted.
