Unnecessarily charged

3 years ago my pay date changed from 25th to the last day of the month and I went to FNB and informed them and asked them to move my debit orders to the last day of the month and was told to bring proof from my employer that my pay day has changed to the last day of the month, so I brought the proof and gave it to them at FNB Gezina but still since then around the 25th I start getting messages from FNB that my account is in access and certain debit orders will bounce and they start charging me for that every month, for instance I have FNB funeral plan they charge me for that and charge me for debt protection fee that's on a monthly basis it's around R52 if I am not mistaken , so when I get my salary they first debit those unnecessary amounts that they charged me for, that has been happening for 3 years and I am now annoyed with this and feel that it is wrong especially when I gave them proof from my employer that I get paid on the last day of the month and still get penilised for that. I need FNB to explain the reason for that.

So I just received a call from Katlego FNB Gezina, and she explains that only my debit orders were moved to the last day of the month and not my service fees because I only told them to move my debit orders, somebody did not do their job here because it's common sense if I move my debit orders service fees should be moved as well I mean I get paid on the last day of the month, how was I supposed to know if only debit orders are moved and not service fees if nobody bothered to explain that to me?????? I don't work at the bank and don't know how most things work unless they explain. They milk you dry and explain nonsense at the end of the day....
