Unmerited , unresolved queries

<p>The Credit Manager of the FNB home loan declined my building loan due to ''risks attained to certain developments and the number of housing units in a development, the bank limit its exposures to these developments''. </p> <p>My erf is a free standing erf not in or part of a development and in a beach town. </p> <p>Maybe i understand the comment wrong. But I’m very disappointed in the way its been handled. The reasons are unmerited and vague.</p> <p> </p> <p>My feeling is the loan application with FNB was not fairly judged and with the feedback makes me a very longstanding unhappy customer.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
