UNLIMITED OPTION
I bank with FNB gold cheque unlimited pricing, which should entitle me to 6 FREE cash withdrawals at the ATM per month, this is included in the unlimited pricing. However, I have been charged for the cash withdrawals and no one is capable of rectifying this problem at this branch. I have not done 6 withdrawals for May 2015. Please explain and have these charges reversed this month. *** Charmaine.
