Unlimited debit went of again

I will not be rude or disrespectful towards to anyone, but I expected beter results ai why every month here goes

October I logged a complaint regarding over 402 that was initiated for Unlimited

I asked and wrote and was sorted I was assured it has been stopped and blocked today 219 went off when I spoke to Busisiwe I asked for her assistance and with her im poor knowledge of customer come and send me a long instructions on how to cancel and reverse I asked Do u think I would reach out if I didn’t know how

Am I gone write everything month a complaint why can’t the bank stop this i bank there my policies and mobile i even have a extra account

FNB I expected better from you one can expect this from ABSA NEDBANK CAPITEC I do expect a follow up with resolution im am boiling here
