**** unlimited data bundle

I brought a Telkom "Unlimited All Hours 10Mbps Valid for 31 days" data bundle on 2025/06/07 @ 19:00 Reference VODSCNJ6CPQN Today, 2025/06/08, 12:28, our internet stopped working and according to Telkom onnap, there is 0Mb data left!! How is this even possible on an UNLIMITED data bundle, within a period of less than 24 hours!

I want a full refund as this is robery.
