Unlimited calls with FNB connect, but yet a ****!!
I joined fnb connect with the because I believed that it's the best deal compared to other networks. The package was called unlimited calls to any network but yoh I got the shock of my life this week when I was told that my Sim card have been migrated to prepaid and if I nerd to continue with the contract I should opt for an upgrade to higher package of R399. I then asked why am I migrated to prepaid, I was told that I violated certain rules which is I must not call more than 120 different numbers per month then I asked is this not unlimited, they said yes it is but I must still not call over 120 numbers. I was then confused because when I took it u was under the impression dat it's unlimited, I pay R399 to be dictated who to call how many times must I call its totally nonsense. I mean why don't they have a mechanism like vodacom or mtn to block the calls if one gave reached the limit, instead they send u sms saying ur being in breach of talk max. Fair usage policy nd they later migrate ur sim just like dat. So I suggest to all people to watch out of this fnb connect ****, I have been with this bank for years now but how I trust them with my salary if they fail to notify me a client if they need to change my contract conditions in a discreet manner rather than an sms. They can **** my account must but don't have any trace, so people be wear of FNB CONNECT ****MMMMM!!!
This shows that FNB is not willing to manup and take responsibility of their actions or even try to hear side of my story instead FNB saw a way to escape this compliant by using the network issue.
So I want them to know that I will not stop until they hear my full story of the complaint even if it means I go to Ombudsman I will do so. I'm giving them a platform to defend their case but they are playing games.
