Unlimited calling goes hand in hand with unlimited frustration

Hi decided to go over to FNB's sim card during Feb and went in branch to request the Unlimited package. I was told to phone 147 and they will assist. They confirmed that the debit order will run from my premier cheque account and not my private cheque account. They advise that I should wait 48 hours and then the line will be active. I phoned again after 3 days, and was told that the debit order was unsuccesful. They debited from the wrong account, I told them to change it as per my first conversation and they confirmed that it will be active within 24 hours. I've got voice recordings where I called them o3 times on 24 Feb, 27 Feb, 1 Mar, 3 times on 2 Mar, Phoned again today and was advised that the package will only be active from the 1st of April as they did the debit on the right account (eventually). I requested that the line be active from today (even if they do another debit pro-rata for March) and was told they cannot do that. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then the call dropped. If I don't get feedback today, I'm closing all my accounts. I need someone that is capable of making decisions to contact me, I'm fed up with speaking to agents that cannot make any decisions and still needs to be bottle fed!

So if I understand correctly, 6 days passed already just to tell me that it is being investigated again?
