********ly Charged decline fee

I opened an Account with FNB ''Easy Account'' last month thinking it would be a smooth sailing as i thought this is one of the big brands in SA, to my surprise it seems like it was just a waste of my time an energy.

I have just logged on the Mobile app to my surprise i see i have been charged R8.50 four times for "Declined Foreign T" , i do not understand how could i be charged this fee as i was linking the Bank card to Paypal, to link a card to paypay does it come with a charge? if it comes with a charge how much?

I opened this account thinking that it would be easy to use it on Paypal, but it seems like i have just shot myself on the leg by opening this account.
