********l suspension/freezing of bank account

How is it possible that a bank like FNB can suspend a registered companies bank account without a judgement order? They do this impulsivly based on a complaint of a single customer without investigating or confirming the facts with any share holders of the company. And if you have money in the account then you can not access it. Other companies is being influenced by this action, so if these companies want to initialise ******** or cival cases due to not being able to clear funds that is hels in a suspended account, will the share holders of fnb take the responsibilty for any actions. Realy Fnb, How can you do this. No SAPS case, No court Judgement, No investigation, but yet you will take the word of 1 person and then have the odacity to say that only that person can remove the suspension. If the person is angry at you for other reasons and refuse to remove the suspension what then. I'm defnitely closing my Business account at FNB... What happened about innocent until proven guilty.. release the funds and close the account if you don't want the business of South African Citizens
