Dear FNB

I am very disappointed with the act of your consultant.....by the name of Nhlamulo Baloyi who's working as a investigator ...I am not sure how she was even employed by big brand like FNB. The level of *********** she is even acting like FNB is her ****a shop she have absolutely no respect for customers ,I have been calling for her without any success , she is nor to be found over the phone not even returning calls ...I want her to lift ******** ban that she placed on my business as per Colonel McLaren from SAPS head of investigators .

The damage coursed by this to my business is severe and beyond repairs as this happened at the recovery process from COVID 19 ...

Please release my account urgently as I am taking further action against this ******** suspension..

And I am calling up every one who can assist me to resolve this matter
