******** Demand Debit Order from Fnb

On the 20th December 2018, I received an in contact message from my bank notifying or rather alerting me funds to the value of R11 424. 71 taken due to a demand deposit in place for an outstanding FNB credit card I acquired during the early 2000's At some point in time over the.past years nothing was said or communicated regarding outstanding funds until it resurfaced along with the attorneys fnb appointed to persuade these debtors books I presume. I for one when my number was called felt it necessary to clear this in order for me not to have any.bad reference especially coming from the bank. I started by making the arrangement and agreed on paying the bare minimum I could afford at the time in order to still make a living and also appease my responsibilities. During the year 2017 at around the same time, I received the very same notification I more or less regarding my funds taking out of my account without any prior agreement between myself the bank and the attorneys fnb appointed. My biggest issue at the time was that the timing they planned on carrying out such orders were rather hartless and irresponsible as it is Christmas time and every individual have the own issues to attend too. There was some concensus reached with myself and the representative from Fnb and they reversed my funds. This year 2018 has seen the very same pattern and worse when I tried calling FNB was not available to attend to me, the funds taken from my account was as good as my entire salary for December leaving me with very little cents to even buy food. I am in a state of utter panic as I have no clue what I would do to get funds to pay for the place myself and family live in, my vehicle would not be able to be paid due to this action , I have already seen 3 debit orders being declined due to non availability of funds and wonder what exactly I should do to put food on the table, still go through January, 3 kids having to go back to school and literary no plan to obtain full to get to work when we open up in Jan .

My please is for the bank to consider their actions and the negative effect this potential might have. I have been a loyol customer to the bank for some time now and waking up one day to be served poison is for me the worst ever. Kindly urgently contact me as I am not sure of my next steps. I have waisted another 400 rand from the 20th trying to get though but the division who can assist seems not to be available, ironic after they have created this sturdy and seemingly just dissappear to avoid any" stupid people " Regards Dane ********** 863

Good day Firdoze Once again thank you for the prompt response in trying to escalate the matter as well as the courtesy calls made by yourself and another staff member at Fnb, however the last call from the bank was on the 28th at 08h00 from the said colleague informing me that this was an acknowledgement call and she would like to inform me that one of the credit card division supervisors would be in contact with me during the day to resolve the matter. This yet again has not transpired and still at large leaves me hanging with debit orders returning and yet most importantly leaving me stranded and in the dark. This I feel is very unfair seeing the urgency of the matter and as eluded by yourselves, is this another way of buying time? When will I be provided feedback as to why my funds has been taken from my account without any consideration or notice of sorts.. I await your positive feedback. Regards Dane
