******** deductions FNB
I saw 6 x deductions for a declined purchase when I did NOT make any purchase for any goods with any card on that days. The card in question ending with 7109 was replaced long ago with the one ending on 4426. This is ******** deductions from FNB. If someone did try to make a ********** purchase on my account, I would have received a sms to say declined purchase. This was NOT the case. Every department of FNB is shifting the blame to the other and no one want to or can assist me in this. UNACCEPTABLE
