******** deduction on my account

I have a loan with FNB and they are deducting R3,109 per month on the set date of the 24 th of every month. On the 24th of March 2016 they deducted the said amount as per our arrangement but to my surprise they deducted the same amount again on the 26th of March 2016, I have no arrangement with FNB to deduct any amount on the 26th of each month, this has inconvenienced me so much as I have bills to pay but couldn't because of this. FNB should rectify this m istake and pay back the money into my account.
