******** deduction from UIF

I am currently unemployed , On the 20th of April, R 6396.43 was erroneously debited from my UIF that was paid to me. I received no notification or contact before these funds were deducted.

It is ******** to debit from a customers UIF I would like this money to be refunded urgently
