******** debits on my account by FNB

I took out a funeral cover on the FNB app and someone called me to confirm the cover, I told them that the person I took out the cover for had passed away and that they should cancel the cover but I got billed, I didn't have enough funds on my account so I was charged for an unpaid debit order and when the money came into my account, the premium was taken and i was billed again for the month ending in March, didn't have enough funds again and my account is on a negative again because of this funeral debit order. FNB please cancel the funeral cover and reimburse me for all the monies that were charged for unpaid debit orders and pay back the funeral premium
