******** debit order

I noticed that there is double debit order that when off my account.. i disputed the debit order last year... i got an sms on the 5 jan 2019 that says "FNB :-) We could not collect a premium on 2018-12-27 for FNB Life FL13PM55. Call ********** 774 to update account details so that your cover is not cancelled." I didnt respond to this and i got another sms on the 02 March 2019 that says FNB :-) We could not collect a premium on 2019-02-27 for FNB Life FL13PM55. Call ********** 774 to update account details so that your cover is not cancelled." And i didnt respond .... on the 28th March 2019 ... my acc was debited .. this ******** and against the PASA act .. refund me my money or i will log a complaint with the Ombudsmen of Banks ..
