I would like to express how pathetic your service is. I app**** for debt review all the required cancellation documents was submitted. You still went and debited my account stating that the documents was sent 4 days before the time and it should've been 5 days. This is the worst reason ever. And because of this I was left in overdraft. The NCA does not provide a time frame as indicated below. I need my bond to be refunded. Don't give me the 4 and 5 days excuse. I am left with no money to live with because of you ignorance.

(1) During the period that the force and effect of a credit agreement is suspended (a) the consumer is not required to make any payment required under the agreement; 15 (b) no interest, fee or other charges under the agreement may be charged to the consumer; and (c) the credit provider’s rights under the agreement, or under any law in respect of that agreement, are unenforceable, despite any law to the contrary.” National Credit Act [No. 34 of 2005]
