******** Credit Applications on client's accounts - POPIA violation

An FNB consultant that I have never dealt with previously, makes an application for credit on my account without my request nor consent, violating my privacy and the POPIA Act. Are these the benefits of being a private banker. I checked Experian and I can see that there was an enquiry on my name. I want them to delete the enquiry NOW!!!!!!
