******** cancellation of bank card and closure of account

I have an account with FNB which is currently on a negative balance. This morning I got a message from the bank saying my card has been cancelled and I must not use it anymore. I didn't even get a warning that my card will be suspended. I'm currently waiting for payments in to my FNB account which I have to a client in a foreign country ass I was told my account is also on hold.

Now the consultant I was chatting to says I made arrangements to make deposit in to the account by may. I didn't make arrangements with anyone as no one from the bank called or contacted me in anyhow as I was not even in the country. I'm very dissapointed with how FNB has dealt with this matter. How will I get my payment now since the account is on hold. This is so embarrassing. The manner in which this was handled is so unprofessional. I know my account is on minus buy why was my account blocked without any consultation with me. This is totally wrong. I'm so ashamed of FNB I must say. Being on minus deosnt give anyone any authority to cancell my card or block my account without discussing with me. It's only just two months without movement of finds in the account but it's cancelled. I have been with Capitec and for the past 5 months there was no movements of funds in to the account but it's active even the card is still working. Not even a single day they have ever sent me this kind of SMS that u guys just sent me. Actually this is disrespectful. U don't respect Ur clients and you treat them like trash. Now I was told that I was using the card. How could I use the card whereby I know I don't have the money in the account. Am I that stupid ? Or maybe u don't keep accounts of broke people open untill they have money. U only deal with people that have daily cash ? Ur so embarrassing. Now I don't know what to te my client hence I have already given them my FNB account knowing it's working. Suddenly I get this messages and spoke to the consultant who just failed to give me a better explanation.
