I wish I could leave a negative star review, this bank is not worth being called a financial institution. I have been triple debited on two separate loans that means I have had six transactions go off. This all being while I had established and agreed to a payment plan with verbal and written consent, yet that was subsequently ignored and by passed I have every single call recording along with signed documents. ******** Business practice and completely in violation of the FAIS Act. FNB should not be allowed to trade as a fsp. I will be taking legal action.
