I had just opened a personal loan account with them when I the lockdown just happened and due to that I had no form of income and being self employed is one difficult challenge. I than went into the Braamfontein branch when the movement went down to the lower level of which I than spoke to my banker who said I need to put in a claim for the insurance to help me for the mean time. The insurance is not there for any assistance and I feel that its just a catch for us to keep us blacklisted and not progress. Already as black people we are always being let down by these bank's and I thought fnb was different
