******** ATTEMPT OF CLIENT INTEGRITY CANNOT BELIEVE THIS FROM FNB loan collections
I took up a personal loan in Nov 2011, and not long thereafter I did not have a job, I thereby did attempt payments as per section 129 through Unilaw, as per NCA a credit provider cannot just blacklist your account as a default or for a judgemen as they did in the past as at the credit bureaus as the NCA now regulates this process which many consumers are unaware of as a result, FNB has betrayed my commitment to them as a client as I am religiously paying this account despite me being loyal while unemployed they go ahead anywhere without legal grounds an d blacklist this account as a default in 2017 when records confirm otherwise that this account was actually handed over for NCA process in 2013 February, it just goes to show the caliber of people that we entrust ourselves to and they take this right for granted by unconstitutionally allowing actions as opposed to following the due regulated process of absolving a debt, now I have taken this up with the said bureau but they lend a deaf ear unless being told that you will take it further, I sat for 2 long hours in split calls to FNB collections for them to assist me only to be told that we have high call volumes from 12.30 till 3.30pm I am shocked I fail to understand what we pay the bank for in fees if this is the response we receive and extremely gross level of incompetence shown on their part, they don't care. I am deeply angered and upset and will be taking this further and just for the record I never once said that I will not acknowledge this debt to FNB, totally totally unfair
