<p>FNB is the orst bank ever.... you people just took R11 000 out of my account to settle my Smart Loan, i dont know who said i want to settle this loan today, and who gave you authorisation to even take that much money from my account. I want a refund of that money back to my account immediately, the worst part is that i had just transfered R600 into ths account LAST WEEK </p> <p>I spoke to a lady called Nonhle Twala who is very rude and refused that i speak ta manager, she also telling me that im threatening her by asking about going to the OMBUD. Her manager was apparently in a meeting yet she was consulting with him while on the phone call recording... I promise to close all my account with FNB with immediate effect and look for a bank with proper ethics</p>
