Unknown Visa Dms link transactions emptied my bank account

Last night, I had 2 transactions go off within seconds of each other, described as “Visa dms link”, which was not authorised by me at all. The only way I knew this happened was by my FNB banking app going off to alert me of these transactions. One of this transactions even put my account in the negative (overdraft). I immediately called the ***** line, but unfortunately due to it being the weekend I don’t think this will be resolved soon. I am a student, and having R6.500 taken from my account is ridiculous. I don’t even have that kind of money to begin with, hence my account going into the negative . I saw that another person banking with FNB complained about the same thing, on the same day, hours before this happened to me. I’m just concerned as to if this is a hacking issue and if I’ll get my money back. I know other FNB clients to have experience similar kind of hacking where unauthorised payments have gone off of their accounts too, but have managed to get their money back, this was about a month ago. Should I be taking my business elsewhere? Some clarity of this matter would be great, and I know I have a case opened for investigation, but considering how all my money was removed, this is a pressing issue and some information/assurance on the matter would be welcomed.
