Unknown transactions reserved for purchase in my account

On the 16 of May 2024,i wrote a review about the unknown translations that a virtual account was created and reserved for purchase that was not done by me, FNB bank contacted me through email i completed the form and received R5000 out of R7000, am still waiting for the remaining balance, FNB bank must tighten their security.
