Unknown Transactions on my FNB account

Anyone else having money taken off their debit cards by FNB? Ref No: 437252. On the 12th Sept 2018 in my 1 hour lunch I went to Dischem in Hemmingways Mall, East London (and only this shop) and made a purchase of R380.17. However a few days later I notice that R300.00 was taken off my debit card with a Description of THemingways mall... I called the ***** Division. FNB cannot tell me what shop this was other than Miscellaneous. I have been following up with this since and today get told that I used the card with the pin so they will not refund me. I was also charged R100.00 for a replacement card of which when I asked they said I would not be charged! I don't often go to the Mall and if I do, it is normally to Dischem only! So what the hell??? In August 2018, I had the same issue where two lots of R164.00 were taken off my account and also after a month got refunded but this time it is a different story! Do all the banks to this......????? Sadly I have been banking with them for years and only now recently have I had this happening.....
