Unknown Transactions
My savings account kept having some transactions declined of R8.50 of which I wasn't aware what they were for, reported the matter and it was said that it will stop but again this month the same transactions are back. They go off everyday driving my account into a minus, I reported it again and blocked my card thinking it might help cause I was also getting sms's saying "FNB :-) Transaction on acc 0961 declined due to....." I get these texts everyday and I'm not even using my card, cause I blocked it.
I reported this matter again to an FNB customer care email and all I got was an email telling me to read FNB legal information. I'm not sure how was that supposed to help...

15 Feb 2019, 07:25I appreciate that you guys rep**** here and did give me a call about the matter, I was however promised another call back before this matter can be resolved but I haven't received any call and I'm getting these "Transactions declined..." texts without using my card or account... And the minus continues to build up in my account.
I can't even deposit funds cause I'm afraid the money may disappear.
