UNKNOWN TRANSACTION ON MY BANK ACCOUNT

I have been banking with fnb for more than 15 years now. Recently I experienced e very bad situation where I have transaction that's I dont know. In Aug'19 around these dates I saw an amount of R125 with the description ITEM PAID NO1 ITEMS ON. The amount is doubling every 24 hrs in with I saw it on day 3 it was R375. I went to the bank to enquire and the lady explained to me that I bought something while I didnt have money, yet I knew I have money on my account and when ever i buy swipe with my cheque card funds gets reserved. Nevertheless my enquiry didnt help they took that money from my account.

Last week I had an unknown purchase done with my card named PAYPAL Roman. I then again went to the bank to enquire they and report this ***** they cancel my card and gave me the new on but i didnt get any feedback as to what is this transaction.

This morning I login on my app then again there is an amount of R125 PAID NO1 ITEMS ON it's the same amount and description I had in August.

I'm really angry and very disappointed with my bank. I'm frustrated because my bank makes my life very easy I never thought of changing it.
