Unknown Transaction

I have a transaction that keeps on going off my account for an amount of R177. Queried it with Fnb and they simply said that they can't assist me. How is it possible for transactions to go off your account and the bank just simply says sorry we can't assist you. So every month I must just keep on paying a R177 and I have no idea what it is for.
