UNKNOWN PERSONAL LOAN
I have left the bank long time ago and I was considering to return as the company I am working for works with FNB so it would make things easier. I have just logged onto my old internet banking and I see an outstanding personal loan of 38k and an outstanding R66 on an account that was supposed to be closed long ago. I do not have a loan with FNB at all. Can you have this clarified please as I know very well I do not have a personal loan with FNB.
