unknown person app**** for a loan using my details

on Monday 23-02-2015 I received a message from FNB stating that they regret to inform me that my loan application was unsuccessful. Tuesday 24-02-2015 i contacted FNB on *** to enquirer about that message because I never app**** for a loan. It was confirmed that somebody made application on the 06-02-2015, i requested the branch where the application was made and they refused to tell me <br> I need to open a case of ***** but how do i open it without a scene of crime, it will never be investigated, it will be filed as undetected. the reason of opening a case again is to get the documents that was used because i have been using FNB for a long time and i never experienced problems. another thing is I just changed the surname with FNB and these incident took place , it might be inside work.<br> when i tell the consultant that i need to know what was used i was told that i must keep my documents with me and that is what I am doing at all times.I NEED TO KNOW WHERE THE APPLICATION WAS DONE SO THAT I CAN DO MY OWN INVESTIGATION PLEASE.
